How many packs of cigarettes do I need to burn through?

If I ever get enough of Mark Lanegan's matte-finished, 60 grit sandpaper, cat's tongue of a voice, I'll let you know... but don't hold your breath. Check out his bleak new collaboration with Moby. He and Josh Homme have also co-penned the theme to Anthony Bourdain's new show, Parts Unknown.

This is the album I'm always taken back to when I hear his growl. It's not his oldest or probably even his most highly regarded, but it's got some weight in my world.
