-          First full length album
-          Formed in 2004 in Austin, TX
-          Interesting feel to it… similar to some of the Black Keys more eerie songs

Titus Andronicus - Upon Viewing Oregon's Landscape With the Flood of Detritus - Mixtape(2012)

Bruce Springsteen - Darkness on the Edge of Town - Darkness on the Edge of Town (1978)
-          4th album

Black Lips – Bad Kids – Good Bad Not Evil (2007)
-          fifth album.
-          full length debut came out in 2003,
-          garage/punk rock
-          out of control live shows led them to be banned from performing at some venues.

Deer Tick – Virginia Girl – Tim EP (2012)
-          Latest EP
-          ‘Divine Providence’ was their latest and 4th album.
-          The leader of Deer Tick, John McCauley, has been working on the Middle Brother collaborative project recently and making some brilliant music there.
-          This is their first new recording in about 2 years as their 3rd album was recorded during the sessions for their 2nd.
-          The is the first single from the forthcoming album and has an easier feel that is more reminiscent of Middle Brother than the older Deer Tick stuff.

Dead Confederate - Start Me Laughing - Wrecking Ball (2008)
-          Lead singer is a member of Diamond Rugs, one of the SXSW 2012 highlight performers.

Suckers - Turn On the Sunshine - Candy Salad (2012)

-          Played SXSW 2012.

Horse Feathers – Nearly Old Friends – Cynic’s New Year (2012)
-          4th album.
-          If you like this band check out Rosemont Family Reunion
-          Blown away by live performance… a unique experience only rivaled by Iron & Wine
-          The songs are played so softly the crowd is almost silent focused on the music.
-          SXSW 2012

Lucero - Go Easy - Women & Work (2012)
-          New album due out in March!
-          Ben Nichols, lead singer, has been working on solo stuff since this came out.
-          Best bar rock band going!

PAPA - Collector - A Good Woman Is Hard To Find EP (2011)
-          Led by the drummer for the band Girls.
-          Upbeat, a touch beachy and sun-drenched pop and a perfect fit for the end of summer.
-          There is something triumphant in their tracks that really draws me in.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. – Morning Thought - It's A Corporate World (2011)
-          Debut full length.
-          Their 2010 debut EP garnered them a lot of good reviews.

Yellow Ostrich - Marathon Runner - Strange Land (2012)
-          2nd full length.
-          Debut full length was 'The Mistress' and made the 2011 Best of the U & U.
-          Sounds a bit like the Beatles and the White Stripes and even at times Menomena.
-          SXSW 2012

Hanni El Khatib - You Rascal – Will the Guns Come Out (2011)
-          Debut album
-          If you love the old Black Keys you will get into this guy for sure!
-          Hard, dirty garage blue rock.
