- This album seems to focus on the keyboards/synth even more than before. Less of that full drive backbone of drum found on their last album.

- Born in 1946 in Cambridge, England. Died this past July.
- Founder of Pink Floyd, but a lot of people might not recognize his contributions.
- Responsible for their first album (The Piper at the Gates of Dawn), but is only on a couple tracks on the second.
- He became more and more erratic and disruptive to the band and drove them to the point where they had to move on without him.
- This is probably his best known song from his solo career and shows some similarities to some Beatles.
- Released two solo albums but still worked with Floyd… even with his replacement David Gilmour.
- Gilmour Produced this album.
