Frightened Rabbit - Foot Shooter - The Winter of Mixed Drinks (2010)
- 4th album, Midnight Organ Fight is their best to date.
- This band had a lot of hype from the start, and that combined with a ‘far from album best’ first single pushed me away at first, but the deeper I dug into this album the more I was blown away
- Scottish accent stands out, but there seems to be something more than that to his vocals and make them truly unique.

- Scottish band with a very similar sound to Frightened Rabbit on the mellower tracks but seem a bit more aggressive when they amp up their sound.

- M. Ward’s song writing skill combines perfectly with Zooey Deschanel’s gorgeous voice.
- M. Ward is on just about as hot of a role as possible.
